About Meridian, Idaho
Meridian, Idaho is considered the center of Treasure Valley. It is a fast growing city about 10 minutes west of downtown Boise and includes a little bit of everything. Eagle Road is one of the major north/ south roads and is filled with restaurants, shopping, activities for families and much much more. Meridian is also home of Meridian Speedway, Roaring Springs and Wahooz. There are public parks with ponds for fishing, skate board parks, water parks and in the summer enjoy a movie at Settlers Park.
Meridian was voted Best Town for Families in July 2010 by Family Circle® and for good reason. This is a safe place with lots of opportunities for families including getting kids into team sports. There is plenty of open space with easy access to all the Treasure Valley has to offer.
